These photos were taken at La Maison du Chocolat's two-hour chocolate tasting at their Upper East Side enclave last spring. On the menu was a combination of milk, dark, and extra dark chocolate ganaches - the same ganaches this renowned Parisian chocolatier built his entire empire on. They even made us fresh ganache from scratch. Nom nom nom.
This is what good nights are made of.
